Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds once paid

Once a payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the two situations below. This applies regardless of whether the child attends, misses classes, continues, or discontinues the program, and regardless of the reason for non-attendance or discontinuation.

When a partial refund is given

The unused portion of a child's current paid membership is refunded proportionately, based on the number of days remaining, only if:

• PHASE Sports permanently closes the centre the child attends, or ends the Membership Terms & Conditions for any reason — days are counted from the date the centre closes or the agreement ends; or
• PHASE Sports updates the Membership Terms & Conditions and the parent chooses not to accept the updated version in the app — days are counted from the date that decision is recorded in the app.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Referral rewards used towards a payment are not refunded as cash.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, is not captured, or is charged more than once due to a technical or gateway error, the incorrectly charged amount will be reversed to the original payment method by our payment partner. This is a correction of a payment error, not a refund of a valid payment, and is handled automatically by the payment gateway's own dispute process.

Cancellations

A parent may stop using a membership at any time by simply not renewing it going forward. Stopping for any reason other than the two situations above does not entitle the parent to a refund of any amount already paid.
